Before making a payment

Ask for the applicable refund and cancellation terms before paying membership dues, event fees or voluntary support. This site does not process payments or announce a universal refund window.

Payment questions and errors

For a duplicate payment, incorrect amount or refund request, contact us with the payer name, date, amount and receipt reference. Do not include full card numbers. Requests are assessed against the agreed transaction terms and applicable law; a refund is not guaranteed merely by making a request. Timing depends on review and the payment service used.
